The Muslim Association of Lachine
The Muslim Association of Lachine offers to the community and the youth a place conducive to prayer, learning, and practice of spiritual, intellectual and social growth.
The Muslim Association of Lachine is an organization founded to promote the values of Islam for Muslims and Non-Muslims in Lachine in particular and in Quebec in general. We believe that this is achievable is by building communities through shared religious observance, quality educational programs, mutual support and service to humanity.
Mission et Vision
The Muslim Association of Lachine is attached to the Islamic way of life based on the Quran and concrete examples of the prophet Mohamad (saw). We see ourselves as a center of religious, social, educational, economic and cultural development. We believe in the oneness of God and the oneness of humanity. We are committed to promoting excellence in community life and human dignity in our neighbourhood, our borough, our city and our province.
We strive to provide charitable and humanitarian assistance to the wider community, as well as to publicize and present Islam through our Da’wah educational program and cultural activities in accordance with the teachings and principles of Islam.
We help strengthen ties between Muslims and non-Muslims by building a united community through effective interfaith partnerships, tolerance and respect for all people
